with Practice Plus

Whether it’s medical advice, repeat prescriptions, or health certificates for your mahi, Practice Plus provides you with a quick and easy solution.

Here’s how it works:

01 Register

Register your details. This will only take a few minutes to complete.

02 Book

Book an appointment for a time that suits you, when you need it. Click here or view our opening hours on the homepage.

03 Payment

Pre-pay for appointment – you’ll only be charged once your consultation has been completed.

You can cancel up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund.

04 Consultation

We send you a link 15 minutes before the Clinician is ready to see you. Simply tap on this link to start your consultation on the device of your choice – your phone, computer or tablet.

If you need a prescription for your pharmacy, it’ll be emailed to your preferred one and your consultation payment receipt will be sent to your inbox.

Your patient notes from the appointment will be shared with your regular Clinician for continuity of care, with your permission after the appointment.

Please ensure your phone settings allow private number incoming calls as our clinicians may use an unlisted or private number

Interpreting Services
Practice Plus partners with Connecting Now to provide on-demand access to accredited, professional phone interpreters in over 125 languages and dialects.

If you require an interpreter for your consultation, please inform your clinician at the beginning of your appointment and the language needed. You may also indicate your preferred interpreter gender.

Your clinician will then arrange the interpreter through Connecting Now, which may take a few minutes during your consultation. Please book a double appointment so there is plenty of time for this to be sorted.

Please note that the cost of this service is based on the duration of use and will be included in a separate invoice sent to you for payment. Video bookings with an interpreter have a minimum charge of 30 minutes with the interpreting service.
